Mindfulness is being in the now and paying attention to your thoughts, feelings and environment without judging.
Meditation aims to calm the body and train the mind to focus. It can be used to reduce stress, anxiety and increase focus and concentration.
Mindfulness and meditation can increase self-awareness, and improve sleep.
Find a quiet space. Pay attention to your breath. Let your thoughts come and go without judging them.
You can also practice mindful eating and walking. Be present in everything you do.

Gratitude
Being Grateful for small things that happen in your daily life can improve your emotional and mental well-being.
Create a Gratitude Box. Put a note in the box every day with what you are mostly grateful for.
Or
Get a journal. Write at least one event that happened during the day that made you grateful to.
