Back-to-School Mental Health Essentials

Get ready to go back to school stronger

Going back to school can be challenging, especially going back to your friends and hearing them brag about their summer. This can sparks jealousy and envious feelings.

To make sure we avoid that, we have to review our summer and focus on everything positive that happened.

Take a journal or a piece of paper and write:

- What did you learn?
- What did you accomplish?
- What event happened during your summer you are mostly proud of?
- How was time with family?

There is no good answer, you write what you felt, and what you think happened during your summer. You focus on yourself. You stay true to yourself. You just lead your own life.

In order to be successful with our homework and exams this year, write on a piece of paper what you will do differently than the previous years.

Let’s work together

We can discuss your answers together and see where you are.
